In February 2020 we had IGK directory meeting in Tambov, Russia. This year, due to global changes caused by COVID-19, we were forced to held the directory meeting in remote mode, using video communication program.
All colleagues were happy to see each other, even on the displays of their computers / tablets / mobile phones. Of course, communication programs cannot replace live communication, but nevertheless such tools are very helpful to keep the contact between different regions and cities.
As usually we had a lot of interesting discussions about different topics, related not only to the work and business processes.
Unfortunately, there was no standard entertainment program we used to have every evening at the directory meeting, but we hope to compensate for its deficiency in 2022, when hopefully it will be possible to hold a real-time live meeting.
