IGK, the preferred partner of EOS group, participated in the annual Cross-border Operations Workshop that took place in Hamburg on April 1st-3rd.
Our company was represented by Roman Ponomaryov, who among 12 other partners and companies of EOS group and under the care of the Cross-border Center members was discussing the problems that are faced within the debt collection and possible solutions for those.
The real cases occurring in the work were studied and it allowed participants to determine issues and implement solutions that should help avoiding the similar situations in future work.
Besides the working process, the Cross-border Center members prepared the outstanding evening program for all participants and it helped to rest after day full of debates and discussions.
